I am a lifelong resident of North Carolina, raised in Raleigh, NC, with an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from UNC-Chapel Hill. My interest in ecology and geography fits well with my study of the the structures and processes of the body as an anatomy enthusiast.
I received my massage and bodywork education at Wake Tech Community College, where we explored many modalities that I like to incorporate into my work, including Swedish and deep tissue massage, acupressure, cupping, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release.
My exploration of the mind-body connection has been supported by a 15 year yoga practice, and I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2015 at Neighborhood Yoga in Boone, NC.
I am honored to be walking this path to support others on their journey.
