Welcome!
Earthbound Bodywork & Birth is the healing practice of Caroline Hampton, North Carolina-based bodyworker, birthworker, and yoga instructor. I have been working as a bodyworker in the Triangle area for 5 years!
I specialize in prenatal and postpartum massage, massage for chronic pain, myofascial release, and infant bodywork. I’d love to work with you to discover ways that bodywork can enhance your quality of life so you can tend to yourself, and spend more time pain-free! Greater comfort and ease is available to you!

CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONS
I continue to take precautions in my practice to protect my clients, my colleagues, and myself against COVID-19.
I wear a mask during all sessions, and clients may choose to wear a mask, too. If you do not have a mask when you arrive for your session, I can provide you with a disposable surgical mask. I also use a HEPA filter in the treatment space for air purification.
I am vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19, and I prefer that my clients take the vaccine, if they are able. If you need assistance finding a vaccination site, visit https://www.vaccines.gov/ or call 1-800-232-0233.
